I graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in June of 2003. I then attended Kings County Hospital/ Down State Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY for a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) from July 2003 to July 2004. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Oregon State University.

What Our Clients Say About Us

  • "I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring staff, that does great work and it’s not judgmental. The staff are super sweet and friendly. Dr. Chehab, he’s super nice, attentive and makes a point to make you feel comfortable with whatever work he’s doing. He goes beyond the cdc requirements to keep his patients safe and the office is always kept clean."

  • "I absolutely love Dr. Chehab and highly recommend him! I previously had severe anxiety when going to the dentist and I have none with Dr. Chehab. He gets that dentistry can be painful and is very mindful to make the process as painless as possible. I just got a cavity filled and I was used to a painful numbing experience. It was painless with him! Also, he is so nice and professional. I love every experience at his office. Shout out to Karen and Taylor. They are a great support to him as well!"
    Lauren Harrison
  • "I finally gave myself permission to relax, not only on my way to a dental office, but sitting in the chair as well. You know immediately if you're afraid by the grip you have on the armrest; my arms and hands are relaxed; finally! It was nearly 9 years that I avoided going to the dentist due to a painful experience I had from another doctor. This all changed when I finally met Dr. Chehab; I can finally trust my dentist."

  • "Dr Mazen provides an exceptional experience. He is the most customer oriented medical professional i have ever had the pleasure to see. He has been incredibly accommodating in regards to scheduling and eases all concerns for those who may be “uneasy” during dentist visits. My visits were quick yet comforting and completely pain-free. There are no better options out there than Dr. Mazen. You can schedule your appointments with confidence."
    Keno Davis
  • "Dr. Chehab is the only dentist I've ever unreservedly recommended to friends and family. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled (cleaning was basically as painless as one could expect), utilizes state-of-the-art technology, and takes his time to explain pros and cons of various treatments. Not to mention both he and his office staff are friendly and personable, and I don't think I've ever waited more than a few minutes to be seen when coming in for an appointment."
